Connect 3 is an everyday trainer suitable for running, sport, hiking & everyday use. It is on the GripPlus outsole, which is great for light trail or mixed trail and urban use. It has more grip than Pace, Flex or Tanga but is not as grippy as the Feldom. The Connect 3 features a recycled BottleYarn upper with TPU overlay for durability as well as a water resistant lining and gusseted tongue to keep you outside in wetter, colder conditions. It has the signature wide toe box from Freet and is zero drop and really soft and flexible. The stack height of 7.5mm with insole and 5mm without makes this one of the most minimal trainer options.
