The new Vapour Glove 6 sole unit is the most minimal sole unit yet from Merrell. It is based on a Vibran EcoStep outsole that wraps the foot to maximise grip and ground connection. It is zero drop, super light-weight and only 4mm thick with a 2mm lug giving an overall stack height of 6mm.
The upper is made from a breathable recycled synthetic mesh with an integrated EVA insole. The lining is treated to reduce odours.
The sole is made from 30% recycled rubber and gives excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces so is ideal for trail running, training and everyday use.
It is a narrower fit than previous designs and other options on our website but does have a nice foot shaped toe box, although more suited to sloping feet rather than wider and squarer shaped toes.
