The Mesa Trail II from Xero is a lightweight, barefoot running shoe designed for off-road running. It is an improved version of the popular Mesa Trail from Xero and has been redesigned for extra durability off-road. There is a more durable toe cap and sidewall welding.
The Mesa Trail II has a zero drop 5mm thick rubber sole with 3.5mm lugs. There is a 3mm TrailFoamâ„¢ layer to add the right amount of protection and comfort for trail running whilst maintaining ground feel and a removable 2mm insole to customise the fit and feel.
The breathable, mesh upper gets rid of the weight to keep feet nice and cool with a moisture wicking lining to help keep dry. The lugged, dual-chevron tread on the sole gives you sure-footed traction.
